Good

Location. Convenient area to stay if you are heading to or from Haneda airport.

Although the location is close to the station, from Tamachi station you'll need to use the lift to go down the street level leading to the hotel which was a bit confusing and a bit of work if you have large suitcases.

A quiet stay to finish a travel

It is a hotel I like to go to at the end of my stay as it is close to Haneda and very quiet. The breakfast is one of the best. The area is close to the Tokyo tower and the Tokyo bay and rainbow bridge

Perfect location for me close to friends.

Breakfast is very good.

The room was very small but very comfortable . There is nowhere to put clothes, which didn’t matter for a short stay.

Cost efficient and convenient for my work

Even though there were many customers at reception, the staff acknowledged that I was waiting even though they couldn;t assist me immediately. They also made leaving my luggage at the hotel during my working day on check in day and check out day very easy.

Not a dislike, but many hotels will now have a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Not a necessity, but it is a nice touch!?

The man at the front of buffet is always very nice and welcoming! I forgot to book one more night and the staff was accomodating, letting me book one more night. Thank you!

The laundry service is crazy expensive. I'm grateful there was a cheap coin machine in the guest lounge but I wish there was more than one

I will stay there again.

Lots of varieties for breakfast. Location was great and a minute away from busy street. Very efficient staff

The room gets super dark super fast when the card key was removed.

Clean and comfortable accomodation

Room was clean and comfortable, and also sound proof for a proper night of rest.

Location isn't the most central and hence not ad convenient, but overall still a reasonably comfortable stay.

It's OK

The location was very convenient and there were a few convenience stores nearby. The staff were very friendly and there were carparks nearby as well. There is a feet massager and also massage pillow.

There isn't a bathroom. The shower is located in the bedroom with a glass door. There is a curtain for privacy however it is not convenient to use. The room is pretty small for the price compared to other places in Tokyo and also the tap was broken. It was very dusty in some areas and looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in awhile. The feet massager and massage pillow take up a lot of room. There is also a trouser press that doesn't really work taking up a lot of real estate. Not really suitable for couples or someone with a lot of luggage. More for overnight or carry on only.

Wonderful

Fantastic breakfast with outstanding variety. Peaceful location next to a channel. There's also an elevated train track running nearby, but you can't hear it at all.

The dryer left my clothes a bit damp.

A nice quiet location to stay with convenience

Tamachi is a nice quiet business area in Minato, which is away from the crowds in Shinjuku or Shibuya. The property is easily accessible from the station and offers a clean and comfy room

Great location, all we needed

Location was excellent - we stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our Japan trip and Tamachi really grew on us. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars, the canal and monorail go past the hotel (but are not noisy). Plenty of life but also urban scenery. Very easy to get to places across Tokyo from here but it's its own little interesting neighbourhood. Very good location if you are using Haneda Airport. Breakfast was very good. Room had everything we needed and we weren't in there much. Bed comfy. Staff nice. Lounge on first floor was decent and comfortable (a few seats a bit torn).

Rooms were very small but we weren't in there much. Possibly normal for Tokyo, I don't know. You can't check in early but you can leave your bags. Water pressure not the best we had in Japan but it was OK, shower etc fine.
